Your test should arrive with instructions about how to complete the bowel screening test. If you still have questions or do not understand anything about the test, you can call the national co-ordination centre for information and advice on 0800 924 432.
When completing your test, please don’t forget to:
- Note down the date of your sample on the consent form
- Peel the bar code sticker from the consent form and use it to label your test kit.
